I had the same earlier this year , i know when it strikes you won't wanna drink this but believe me it works , a large port and brandy !!! Dont ask me how or why but my old man used to force this down us when ever we had stomach aches etc , always works i guarantee !!!

I know what your saying mate , i just like someone else to do the preliminary sketch , sometimes when you get a tatttoo artist to sketch a pic out for you you can feel a bit pressured to get it done if they've spent ages doing it , also i travel a lot and its easier to carry a good sketch too a shop if the artist is good , also saves a lot of waiting time

I'm after some one sketching a drawing i have for a tattoo if anyone can help ?

I hate to see the realtree coat and trackie combo though , i dont wear mine any more apart from when I'm actually on my ground . But when did they suddenly latch onto lamping with lurchers ? Are they the reason for the increase in lurchers in shelters and suchlike , i have had a rescue stafford and know that they see them as little more than a macho badge so i cant imagine them seeing any other dog better ?

Is it just me or is lamping and coursing becoming ever more popular with chavvy kids ? I occasionally visit another site to look at the working dog section and the pics are always young chavy kids with a lurcher , realtree coat and a pair of nikeys Have i missed some new phenomena is my 14yr old stepson gonna ask for a lurcher to go with his hightops and is it now that fashionable that the little sod will finally get off his **** and try a decent bit of sport instead of sitting on his bottom all day

More scaremongering just like the millenium bug (remember that ! ) swine and avian flu !!!! Even if it shuts down comms and power for a week one good thing at least we will all be able to look after our familys by living off the land

worse case serario we all die , which none of us can do anything about so why worry , second is it disrupts all power sources so only source of power will be back up generators and such , which in turn will affect transport and things so maybe a shortage of food stuffs also no internet .

Thanks for the advice lads , if she is in kit then i'm not too worried as have plenty of room and was planning on adding a few more ferrets to the team , however i think hob will be going for the snip soon

Hobs not been done and she's been jabbed recently , is their a chance the jab might not have worked ? Just checked her no sore patch and haven't seen one over the past week also no sign of enlarged vulva or anything ?

The ferrets have settled in nicely , new hutch is on order 3 storeys this time instead of two , hob is a docile ****** and the jill was a bit nippy to start with but with plenty of handling and patience she is coming along nicely . However today she is acting out of sorts like she is spooked , she normally is first to the door in the morning to check the if i have brought a tidbit for them but this morning she was very reluctant to come into the run , also she didn't want me to pick her up at all . The hobs fine as per normal , I've checked to make sure the runs secure and the hutch is comfortable for them , I haven't changed their food from what they usually have and they are both in a draught free shady spot and i change the water twice daily , i have checked her over and their is no injury's to her or obvious signs of illness also she is not in season ? any ideas lads i'm stumped

I always thought to have any sort of accuracy with a solid shot of any type you would need a rifled barrel , so i cant see what you would need solid slugs for unless the quarry was a few feet away , and even then wouldn't a d/b s/s rifle be ample for this type of shooting ? Slug no offence taken , I'm a grumpy sod in the mornings and took it as a bit of PW humour

Sorry i thought this was a forum where you could ask questions my mistake ......... I just thought slugs would be for bigger game than we have here in this country i.e wild boar , elk , moose etc and i was being a bit lazy and didn't want the hassle of trawling through a search !

Just been given two ferrets ( a hob and a jill) Their both workers but due to a few different circumstances i can't bring them home for a week or two and a mate who has ferrets has kindly offered to put them with his for a few weeks . I've not got loads of experiance with ferrets and my mate says they will be fine , just wanted to know if there will be any problems housing them with ferrets their not used to or wether i should house them seperatley for the time being ? any advice welcome lads

My girlfriend currently gets 10 a week off her sons dad , which has been reduced from 20 a week . The blokes in full time work as a roofer (own business) makes you wonder why some getaway with such a low amount , and those who cant afford it get stung ?

Why the hell should we feel any sympathy , you play with fire you get burned ! Its always " oh she/he their so naive and they didn't understand " Lock em up and throw away the key , i have had times in my life where i've struggled for money yet i don't immediately start turning over oap's and dealing that **** !! If it was anyone on here who post's kid who got hooked on whatever **** that person was bringing over it would be a different story and i doubt anyone would be saying what a shame it is or poor kid locked away for so long !
