mattslaptop247
Have seen a nice fully folding, single trigge,r 20gauge magnum chambered shotgun, made by investarm. Has anyone got any experience of this make or opinions on 'em? I don't know if to get that or a double trigger spanish sidelock made by Astra in a 12 gauge. My local dealer has both in for the same money. It will be used equally on rough days as clays, but I would also like to get the wife to give the clays a go. What do you lads and ladies think? Which is the best make?
mattslaptop247
Just been looking online and in a few mags, can't find anything on astra, but there seems to be a fair amount on investarm. Has anyone got one?
30-6
I got one and I love it, used to have the .410 as well but sold it to a junior to start shooting wish I still had it though. Great as a walk around gun, stick it under your coat if it rains, light to carry. Great in the hide for a change and my gun has a very good pattern to it. I take mine when I check the mole traps in case I catch one working. Downside is as it is a folder it can jam your fingers if you are not careful, would I sell mine DEFINETLY NOT Can feel like a "little boys gun" after using a 8lb Beretta but still good fun. Although magnum proofed, the odd one is ok but would not recommend regular use. Edited September 29, 2009 by 30-
Aled
I've got one for occasional use, its not my main gun, however as said its nice a light, but also robust. Looking forward to seeing my son and daughter use it. Good value gun cost me £110! Tight Lines Aled
mattslaptop247
Well, I called my dealer today about the 20gauge but it's gone. Guess I'm going to be upgrading to a sidelock then!
