vole
Just wondering if anyone knew anything about this. It has been knocking around my family for ages and I recently found it,just at a time when I needed a good stout blade to lop the bits off bunnies in the field. It has 1939 stamped on the blade and has a marlin spike plus a strange arrowhead shaped short blade. The grip looks like Bakelite. It is a big handful and very well made. ps am I likely to have a problem with a 3.5 in blade like this in my shooting bag, these days? Thanks for any info Sorry about blurry pic. vole
I had a couple of uncles who served but I think my brother might have picked it up at auction or something. Is it a collectors piece or can I happily hack away with it d'you reckon? Thanks fellers.
Spaniel
I have seen a few like this style at boot sales but on the antique type displays but they have always been a bit rusty so never bothered to purchase to be honest

Westcountryman
I had one, bought from Cobaton Combat museum when I was a kid. I wish I remember where I put it! Mine as actually a Spanish copy of the British knife, but to all intents the same thing. Fairly weighty knives but hey, it was from the 1940s
clutey
If it's actually an x army knife then it will have the crows foot stamp on it somewhere. Have a look no crows foot then it aint army.
