huntercarbine
I would like to know some opinions on various pcp multi's please matey's. I have a fn12(which is my first pcp and ace), but around christmas time i am going to upgrade to a multi. The new guns i'm looking at are raider10, ultra, t10, stuff like that. Secondhand its the usual suspects s410,superten,loganmk11,webleyfx2000 you get my drift. I'm looking to spend around 400notes on the gun alone and at the minute the raider and s410 are top of the list. Ive used my mate's s410 and s510 loads so i know what they are like, but what about other multi's, is there a much underated gun that ive overlooked. All advice is much appreciated mates, as i want to spend my dollar wisely. cheers jamie
Raffaz
I would have to say the 410, its an awesome PCP, but you already know that lol. I used to have a FN12 aswell but prefered the air arms. Cant suggest anything else because they are the only PCPs ive used.

Sqwelchy
If you want something light go for the Falcon light hunter BSA R10 or BSA Scorpian T10 but that a little bit heavier

Wurzel
Of those you metion i have owned the S410k & FX 2000 and i currently shoot a mk1 Logun k in 177 In terms of quality the Logun is by far the best out of the 3 and i would rate the FX second with the S410k 3rd ... the inline magazine system on the Logun is a bit of a marmite thing you'l either love it or hate it and it has to be set up for a certain pellet length and if you want to switch pellet brand you'l need to fit a new slip gauge mine is set up for Logun Penetrators and once set up its spot on, i have'nt had any trouble with my Logun and i did'nt get any reliability issues with the FX but my S410k was prone to air leaks and would sometimes just dump all of its air midway through a hunting trip There are a few mk1 & mk2 loguns on the various for sale sections at the moment so if theres one near you i would highly reccomend that you go and have a shoot of it wurzel

Dirtboy
What about staying with a Falcon mate ?? I have a multi shot falcon and it's sweet the only down side is the mag/loading can be iffy if you get a second hand gun with plastic mags but you can always buy a new metal mag which seem good. Think 8 shot metal is circa £22 each. My issue with a 410 is the lack of a safety - or is it just my mates one !!! Few of us get out n about and I favour the falcon over the 410 (no safety and mag full of pellets..Bad Times !!) and the other lads super-10 which I find nose heavy (personally) and the mag is a pain if you wanna just top up or part fill. The pick of the group for me is my mates Daystate but it was a load more cash than the falcon and seems a biatch to work on for a full strip/service. Just my personal feelings dont wanna start a posting-war with 410 and Super-10 folks - it's a personal thing mate but I would just try and handle and if poss have a few shots with any that you are considering . Let us know where you go with this and good luck
Devonhunter
I have an fx2000 carbine and love it , its reliable easy to service yourself and can easily be adjusted to suit pellet of your choice and most of all very accurate.
