I'm with the lad on this-note these are northern type curries not the sad watery poo prevalent in more southern regions in my experience (i.e. well sarf of brum) . Our local lad does a very acceptable Chicken Rogan Josh, Balti if you want a bit more fruit in it, Murgh Nazakat (recipe) is a proper full flavour spiced curry .
