CZ550Kevlar
No doesn`t require re proofing just requires the Edgar brothers extension tube and of course section 1 shotgun or your FAC.

What he said....and getting this on FAC is not going to be as easy as many think, do you have a good reason lined up???
Billy.
You can't just change it yourself. It has to be done at an RFD and entered on your ticket by a gunsmith.
Slug
You can't change a section 2 ( 3 shot ) to section 1..Period You need to acquire a section 1 FAC this will require "Good reason" No reproofing required, send gun to RFD as S2 He converts to S1 sends to RFD, and your RFD enters onto Sec 1 You inform your local FSEL or firearms Dept of transfer Once it's section 1..I believe it can't go back to S2
