Bleeh
A bit harsh painting us all with the same brush but I do agree with several of your points Bit broad brush but got to agree with most of it, all these phrases like digging mass graves and (from other threads) oxygen thieves which I think (hope) are not serious, do portray us fieldsports men/women as narrow minded, blood thirsty reactionary idiots. Mr Potter It's not as harsh as when you realise I'm trying to make a point. People often group sterotypes at sight (as people on this forum love to do with Ramblers, RSPB, and RSPCA memebers), and as you say 'Paint them all with the same brush'. The problem is, the World consists of 80% **** holes and 20% Nice people. Trying to figure out which one they are considering what hobby they do, is a pretty poor and inaccurate way of doing so. CharlieT
That reads as if was written by everyones favourite Daily Mail columnist Liz Jones Since she moved in up the road her understanding of country ways has rubbed off on many of us toothless Exmoor inbreds. Mr Potter Bit harsh that, I agree too to- 'mass graves' is incorrect it has been worded badly-It should have been 'communual graves' How can you say we are narrow minded? We just dislike ramblers.
