Wesman
Has anyone watched this program? It's on the good food channel. So far I've seen wildfowling, ferreting, grouse shooting, pheasant shooting and squirrel shooting. They highlight the positive benefits of shooting and eating wild food. Great show and definitely worth a watch
MC
It is a repeat and was shown on channel 4 last year. It is good though and the recipe book is well worth it and can be found in the discount bookshops. They were pigeon and rabbit shooting a few days ago. mysecretlife
Just finished reading one of the presenters (Guy) books. He went out and lived in the wild in Alaska for 12 months. Theres a recipe for beaver (not that kind) in the back of the book ! Edited March 7, 2010 by mysecretlife

Zapp
I saw another prog with Guy Grieve in it where he was living in the Alaskan/Canadian wilderness, which was really good. I especially liked the bit where he got cabin fever, put his sunglasses on his dog and started having conversations with it ZB
