Don't much about the details but the tile is called 'CENTURION' I think its manufactured by Forticrete, they state it's the only tile that can be be laid down to 10 degree. Hope thats of some use to you.

There are pan tiles out there that can be laid down to 10.5 degree. The only thing that really changes is that most tiles will require a greater head lap at lower pitches. Just remember you will need building regulations and to insulate the roof to a reasonable level

Landrover want £ 112 + vat for a new mechanism. Now I've seen repair kits on ebay for about £20 (you have to fit a new cable to the regulator) - I just wanted to know if any one had used one of these kits and if so, are they easy to fit? Cheers. Do it yourself!! You can get an EPC done for £50, it's only a local authority search a services (water) search a sales statment and a plan (off land registry web site)

As above, concrete grout or chemical resin (like the two pack car filler) just mark out, drill some over sized holes then resin in some all thread bar.

Any installation should be done to BS 7671 (i.e 17th edition). Approved document Part P of the building regulations says that works in 'special places' such as bathrooms and kitchen should be done by a 'competent' person and an installation cert issued or inspected and signed off by your local building control for a fee
