I believe Robert published it himself because the major publishers weren't interested. You might find used copies on Amazon or fleaBay if you are lucky though! It is potentially worth a read for almost anyone as you will probably learn something regardless, but we also learn something every time we go out, and get lots of ideas off forums like this, and remember, it is only advice and generalisations, just because something works for him, or me or your mate it doesnt necessarily mean it will work for you!!
