proTOM1
Was out and setup for 7am on a rape field i have not shot on for over 3 weeks .Before i had my gun loaded there was birds coming in , i had them coming steady for the first hour then it went mad for the second hour and boy they were coming to the decoys well .After 2 and half hours i packed up as i was due to get another rotary and some decoys . I picked up 42 ,was gutted tho as birds were still pouring in but another day ! After i got my rotary and decoys 10 full bodies for a nice £70 i set off for a look at a new drilling of peas ,got there and put off 300 plus . Setup in the hope they would come back which they did but now the birds would not come any where near the setup i changed it and still no luck took in the rotary no good , put it back out stll nothing and by god there was some birds hundreds in small groups but none came in just went by mostly to far out and in the end i started taking silly shots. Finally i gave up with 4 shocking after such a nice few hours this morning on the rape oh well Edited March 18, 2010 by proTOM1
