Cranfield
I have used two crows/rooks on a rotary quite successfully, sometimes I only use one. These are dead birds, not artificial decoys. Always in conjunction with ground decoys and a couple on floaters.
kdubya
Try a crow and a kestrel. Crows will literally come pouring in never tried that one tried crows an a rotary and as bouncers, but have found the best results are from using a dead crow on a flapper, but er do I really have to spend 25 quid to try a kestrel oh lord the pondry starts KW

I have had them mob a standing owl and hawk decoy (not at the same time), but I have never put a hawk decoy on a rotary. im going to give it a try tomorow had a crow nearly lift off with my magpie decoy today over some beans didnt take the shot i'd just paid a fiver for it
