pavman
hi Paul what did you have in mind? Open spaces I guess with no available means of using the natural environment to your advantage, got myself a nice chameleon suit (please note LB & NTTF) keep meaning to post some pics. Friend of mine got the hay bale hide and swears of its effectiveness over stubble. good luck, pavman
pavman
Paul thank's for the mail, will post replies on here as other folk may have some good ideas that would help and they are more able if they can follow the thread another thought, mate of mine was testing out brush screen that comes on a roll from garden centres for this sort of situation. Comes in two heights and you can paint a pattern of choice on it if you wish, cheap (about £30 a roll) and light use as with scrim and poles, it also allows for you to change the set up/size of build to suit the day, you can also push rape stems (or any other crop you are over) into the weave for added effect pretty good at keeping the wind out and woodies cant see movement behind, hope this helps pavman

white fox
Hi anyone ever used the pop up hide that can be erected in five mins and taken down in two mins any info would be very helpful what you think of them?. How long does it take to postion and kick-down four poles, set the height, and drape a net over. I doubt it is more than five minutes of my time, as for taking down - probably two minutes. I suggest a normal hide - proven simplicity. WF
