henry d
This is going better than I expected.....I shall be having(thanks to Jamie Oliver) a mixed roast. Rabbit stuffed(working on the mix but it will include prunes)covered with pancetta and rosmary then trussed,Mallard with citrus fruits, organic free range chicken with garlic, thyme and lemon and possibly a brace of partridge or better still pigeon. Mashed potatoe, roast spuds/parsnip/butternut squash/sweet potatoe and mashed swede and carrot. Roast onion and red wine gravy(thick enough to carve). Gooseberry jelly. The off to my nightshift :<
