This is going better than I expected.....I shall be having(thanks to Jamie Oliver) a mixed roast.

Rabbit stuffed(working on the mix but it will include prunes)covered with pancetta and rosmary then trussed,Mallard with citrus fruits, organic free range chicken with garlic, thyme and lemon and possibly a brace of partridge or better still pigeon.

Mashed potatoe, roast spuds/parsnip/butternut squash/sweet potatoe and mashed swede and carrot.

Roast onion and red wine gravy(thick enough to carve).

Gooseberry jelly.

The off to my nightshift :<

As I will be cooking for a Number of people, (32), I am thinking of for starters

Smoked Trout

Wild Duck Liver Patae

Wild Turkey Liver Patae

Wild Pheasant Liver Patae

For the main meats:

Elk Back Strap in tashaki mushroom sauce

Bison Roast done with baby potatoes, baby carrots, and portabello mushrooms

Venison Black Forest Ham...( if you have never had this it is to die for)

Vegitables:

Mashed potatoes with real gravy

Sweet potatoe pie with brown sugar

Peaches and cream corn

Brussel sprouts with bacon bits

Oh and will probably do a small Turkey as well, as dinner number one, (16), is the24 and dinner number2, (16), is the 25.

Oh yeah forgot the fresh baked dinner rolls....
