Blue diamond have the "gordon" recoil system, so do Black gold, but white gold don't. they seem fine in my benelli which is really fussy. I read it on the internet when i went to get some reveiws and checked there website. I know they used to just be standard but i think they do them in low recoil which is what the xlr stands for (correct me if im wrong!) i did phone the shop afterwards and he said the same .
