3 hours on maize

Well have not been out really for a bash at the pigeon since easter weekend but did not have anybody booked in for a day or 2 so got out this afternoon on the maize .

There will only be about another week on the maize before they will wont to plough it in. Found a few hitting a small strip with a nice tree half way up ,setup with 12 flocked shells and magnet to the left of a u type pattern ,first hour was slow but at 2pm they started to get moving and had some nice sport for the next 2 hours but then had to packup to pick little 1 up with still a good few flying around .

 

Picked up 33 woodies and 3 ferals
