chrispti
Can anyone tell me if the mag tube has been crimped on the maxus, or is it still the turn key plug Cheers Chris

jimmyb79
I'm a bit of a new boy to semi-autos, but I've been looking at buying one of these. This month's sporting gun came with a Maxus promotional DVD which shows a turn-key system being used to limit the magazine to 3 shots. Does this mean that the only thing stopping the owner from changing their 3 shot Maxus to an FAC controlled gun is just their honesty? or are there other control measures in place...(not that i'd even dream of it....) PaulABF
There's a clip on you tube of how to alter your turn-key magazine cut off on semis. American guy changing his 3 shot to an 8.

VicW
I think you will find that the law reqires that a shotgun held on a SGC has a permanent method of reducing the magazine capacity to two cartridges. This is usually done by crimping the magazine tube.
