We'll there is a nack to this

the key is on pigeons as there easy to pluck the brest of the bird(20 seconds)then pull off the wings(10 seconds) now the important bit pull off the skin only on the brest(20 secs) then putt 1 or 2 fingers in the crop and hold on to the head pulling in diffrent directions. Quite tuff but theres is a nack to it.you should have the breast and heart in one hand and the head guts and feathers in the other. After a few it'll take less than a minute to do one. :oops::devil:

year they are greasy birds, i was temped though after i breasted one for my ferret but thought it was better of in his stomach. i breast my pigeons like that though, it saves a lot of time, needs some bacon over it when cooking though else it dries out, unless in a sauce.

I pulloed off the breast in the field.So much quicker and easyer than plucking.enjoy i am mmmmmmmmm tasty! :oops:

had a greek that did this on some land i shoot

left feathers and carcase everywhere

farmer tried to bo""ock me put him right

guess who no longer shoots on this land now

not having a go leave everywhere as u find it or u may no longer be visiting such place,s :devil:
