Did anyone watch jamie oliver on his travels a few weeks back... he made a nice rabbit stew, can anyone remember the recipe? cant find it on channel 4

It was the Andalucia episode wasn't it?

It went something like....

Skin rabbits, keep head on.

Joint, then throw it all in a big pot, with heads and all.

Add salt, pepper and a load of wine.

Get ****** drinking rest of wine.

Wait until "stew" is done.

Eat.

There might have been another one or two ingredients went in but it

was pretty simple.

Nial.

Here TomV, is this what you're looking for? http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/jamie-o...cipe/index.html

I don't think that's the one from the episode. It was cooked round a camp fire with

the guys that had caught the rabbits and was pretty simple to make.

Tom if you google "Jamie Oliver Andalucia" you can watch it again on the Ch4 web site.
