Heinnie Haynes - outstanding service

I ordered a knife and whetstone from Heinnie Haynes last night at 5pm, and the products were sitting on my desk this morning when I arrived in the office at 9am. It's without doubt the best service I've ever had from ANY company or online purchase, and I'd totally recommend them to anyone in the market for a new knife.

 

I did shop around to see if I could find the same product cheaper elsewhere, and sure enough I did find one, but it was one of those 'dodgy' shops which has no stock of any of the items they advertise. On the strength of their service, I won't waste time looking anywhere else in future. Brilliant.

I have bought quite a few knife and other bits from them, their service has always been fantastic.

I agree with all the above.

 

Plus, among other purchases over the years, I had a Gerber shortcut multitool thing from them a while ago, part of it snapped after a short while, I sent it back and they replaced it no fuss no trouble.

 

Excellent company and excellent range of products.
