Hardwoods Green
That's a grade 1 mate. Grade 2's have gamescenes on. Browning dropped the 325 grade 2 sporter before 1990, your gun is a second generation 325 from between 1992 and 1994
viking
so why does it say 325 grade 2 on it then? and whats a second generation 325, cheers, lee Edited June 1, 2010 by viking
Hardwoods Green
so why does it say 325 grade 2 on it then?and whats a second generation 325, cheers, lee trust me it's a 1 mate. First generation of 325's was 1987 until 1991/2 Yours will almost certainly be an NY serial no which is 1992, unless it's an NX (93) or NW (94) the later guns were all backbored with invector plus chokes rather than Invectors
Cumbrian
Have to agree that it's not a 325 Grade 2. I have one and it has the game scenes on the action and different, traditional chequering on stock and fore end. Also, what looks a Roman 2 on the underside could equally well be a Roman 1. Doesn't mean that it's not a nice gun, however.

viking
well chaps, i have no idea, as far as my mate is concerned its a grade 2 as it says, but if its a grade 1 then its a grade 1, but i cant understand why it says grade 2 when its a grade 1, any how its still a belter of a gun, and clean. cheers, lee
