Paddy Galore!
doesn't it say something on the barrel about chamber length? if not try one.
Daveo26
The one i looked at did, as above it will have the chamber length in mm stamped on the barrel
henry c
I really wouldn't just try one as suggested! Look for 3 inch or 76mm stamped on the barrel, you may have to remove the stock to see the stamp.

njc110381
The trouble with that is before the cartridge opens up when fired it's unlikely to be 3" long. All the Noricas I've seen have been 3", but I wouldn't let that be the decider. It should be written on there somewhere, either 3" or 76mm, as I'm sure it gets stamped on at proof? Paddy Galore!
You're going to have trouble reading anything on the barrel if it's moderated, it can be measured but its a bit awkward, do you have a thin steel rule? if so remove the bolt and slide down the chamber, then feel for the forcing cone from the chamber to the barrel. just on the off chance, does the mag hold 3" carts? Paddy Galore!
If you're still unsure, do you want to meet up and i'll have a look, we can compare the chamber with my bretton.
Tobyb525
Don't just try is as the length is of the fired case you won't find out that way until you pull the trigger!
Paddy Galore!
Makes me wonder what you've been using in it all this time. do they make a shorter subsonic 410 cartridge? just measured one, an eley magnum sub, 69mm unfired, if your chamber is 6mm longer then youll be fine. VULTURE
Hi Thanks for the replies, I have been using Gamebore 65mm carts and the reason i wanted to know about the other carts is because i bought a .410 baikal for my 10 year old daughter to use and that is chambered for 3" carts,no matter i can use the 65mm ones in the Baikal. I've been teaching her to shoot by blowing up a balloon and letting the wind blow it a little way before she shoots it. Gram when the next clay shoot, will bring the Norica with me then.
