Foxing in the rain

Hi all, wanting to go foxing tonight at dusk but its raining here and shows no sighns of stopping-am i wasting my time or will they still be around?

 

 

wont know unless you try mate,i hate going in rain,usually rubbish on my farms,but then again ,have had some good nights when it raining,rabbits should be out n about when its wet,and foxes need to eat ,so depends if their hungary enough to get wet :angry:

Yes foxes can still be had - I remember when it was raining and windy one time, had to get within about 25 yards of charlie to see him clear enough to take the shot. WEather was so foul he ducked down and hoped I wouldn't see him. I did, took the shot with 58gr vmax 243 at 25 yards. Not a pretty sight, but well worth getting soaked to the bone!
