I called in to the Exeter store for the first time last week - I needed a new scope and some subs.

 

I was asked if I needed help within a minute of entering the store - the advice I was given was first rate, no pressure, just advice. Ended up buying what I wanted all with no fuss and a good price.

 

My experience was really good.

I deal with the Dorchester branch of Sportsman as a face to face customer - Im well know by the staff and always receive 1st class service from them- if Im spending £3 or £300

 

I cannot comment on the Exeter Branch as I dont use them- but to say Sportsman as a company are bad, is just not true in my experience

i use the exeter one, and the service is good there find, see clive he comes from avalon guns,i go there at the end on ever month.for carts.

never been in the shops, but bought stuff over the phone a few times ordering from adverts. they have always been easy to deal with and fast at posting the stuff. maybe im lucky

I have dealt with them on the website, on the phone and in person. They were helpful, knew their stuff and very professional. But you will find no matter where you shop, there will always be the person who suffers the occasional blip.
