FAC Springer or FAC PCP?

Im going to buy a FAC air rifle, i have the license, im just caught up between a rifle that i have always wanted, the Diana 350 magnum Panther, or a PCP rifle, as im not fully awareof the PCP type, im not sure on what is better for me, as i want it to hit targets up to 50metres away, and still pack a punch,

Has any one got any ideas??? :S

don`teven consider a springer.pcp is the way forward. clinically accurate and no recoil to worry about.

Pcp better than springer,50m is easy considering my legal s410 would do that in .177,you will need gharging gear of course at extra cost over a springer but well worth the extra

There are a few stalwarts who rate springers in heavy FAC mode, I don't get it at all, FAC Air just has to be PCP even with all the charging!

I must be one of those stalwarts, although if it's to be your ONLY rifle on FAC a PCP is probably going to be the best way to go. It's not a lot more accurate than a springer or rammer though unless you're perpetually shooting off a bipod in which case you'll be limiting your shooting options anyway.

Personally I find PCP's a bit characterless, I cannot be fagged with all the charging gear, pumps and having to keep an eye on charge although I admit I do have the option to use either .22lr or HMR whenever I fancy.
