BountyHunter
Hi all Can anyone recommend a courier who will transport an air rifle? I have just had an afternoon of arguing with ignorant people who claim that it is a firearm and they can't transport it - after I have already paid for transit and spent most of the day sitting around waiting for them to turn up. I need to get the rifle from Cornwall to Cheshire (supposedly in time for Christmas). Thanks BH
Down South
Try TNT, they delivered a firearm to my local RFD for me. DS.

BountyHunter
Thanks guys. Just a note of warning. I used Postvan who in turn used Amtrak. I have never dealt with such obnoxious, self rightoeus, ignorant kn0bs in my entire life as those at Amtrak. Postvan were fantastic and if I wanted to send something "normal" would use them again but Amtrak... :< :< :< :< :< :< :< :< :< :< BH

BountyHunter
LG That is outrageous! :< I ended up using Parcelforce, hopefully it'll get there safe and sound as I packed it bloody well. (I also made sure that the insurance covers the guns value) BH Edited December 30, 2005 by BountyHunter
