The Essex Hunter
One more thing to go wrong, and if it does what will, you do? Pack up and go home! No you will take it out of the line and keep shooting, then phone you mate and complain it has stopped working and miss more birds while you are on the phone. Keep things simple, a quote from the late great Archie Coats “Pigeon decoying is simple business really based on a few vital principles, so keep your kit simple too” A better investment is copy of an Archie Coats book and a few hours of reading. Good luck with what ever you chose……………… TEH

left & right
Why would you want a remote control? Because i have a 12v 7a/h battery with no speed control and it only lasts about 2 hours when its it left on constantly so i could just flick it on when i see woodys in the air and make my battery last all day

Cranfield
Because i have a 12v 7a/h battery with no speed control and it only lasts about 2 hours when its it left on constantly so i could just flick it on when i see woodys in the air and make my battery last all day You mention you use hypaflaps on your rotary, my 12v 7a/h battery lasts well over 12 hours with hypaflaps and not much less with dead birds. It sounds as though you have a duff battery.
