shade695
what are the thoughts on which to transport your shotgun in when travelling to and from the shooting ground? I have at the moment a plastic moulded case with one side foam padded and I have covered the moulded side in those micro cloths to stop any marking of the stock or barrels, or do most have both a slip and case? thanks for the advice in advance
originalgeezer
Just put mine in a slip and ensure it can't move about in the boot.......
CZ550Kevlar
Shotguns always in slips, rifles in padded rucksack slip and target shooting rifles go in cases.
pigeonblasterian
Just use a lightweight slip that clips on your belt.So that if i have to walk across a road i have it handy to put the gun in.
