Balckberries + sugar, pound for pound, juice of one lemon. Jelly, cook the BB`s and add one pound sugar to pint of strained juice and add lemon juice and boil as for jam. I ate some raw once and they weren't that great, does the jam come out ok? Kind of a silly question really, nobody would make it if it wasn't at least reasonably tasty!
