Sticking cartridges in chambers

I have recently acquired a sbs Belgium Folding 410. When it's fired the empty carts gets really tight in the chambers the Right barrel is the tighter. Eley Furlong are the worst and the rim gets bent by the extractor, but Gamebore are quite tight and Hull I can work out gentlely by hand.

What do I need to do to make it better or will I have to just stick with Hull?

Would Brass shells make it better?

It's a 2 1/2 and only use 2 1/2 carts first I checked when I got it and that it was in proof can't see a use for 2 inch

Mine did exactly the same especially with Eley cartridges. I got some fine wet and dry wrapped round a length of steel rod, some WD40 and a drill and went to work on the chamber, forcing cone and first section of the barrels. It doesnt do it at all now.

Before I did this the gun used to occasionally blow primers with excess pressure!
