I have owned one - no complaints at all. I prefer the higher stocked XT - even though the XS was adjustable. Well balanced, decent triggers pulls. Easy to work on. I changed a couple of firing pins the other week for a mate. Didn't need them - just build of of dirt in the action, where the pins slide - never cleans it.

Fine guns - basically a Miroku MK 38 with better engraving and grade 3 woodwork. Also has a ventilated rib between the barrels.

They do a 32", which doesn't appear on that site.

Don't know about patterns - I never tested it. Kills were always fine. Never handled one which had shot loose. I would imagine it takes 100s of thousands of shells to do that - plus poor maintenance. They are well engineered guns.

Never saw this originally

Bought mine when they first came out,

Never missed a beat yet (touch wood)

ADJ stock.....

Trigger pulls are great i think,

Comes up nice for me, although i did get a Kickeeze pad fitted but kept the stock length the same....

If only i could shoot as well as the gun can...

Well guys i will soon find out as i have bought one :hmm: wish me well, now to put as many shells through it to get used to it :shout:

The XS is a lovely gun. I'm had mine for about 18 months and have put what must be nearly 10,000 carts through it - and its still a bit stiff. Although I bought the Maxus a few months ago (and get along quite well with it) I find that I take the XS out more often - its just so 'right'.

Enjoy!
