Tonight I will mostly be eating Wild Goat

Must say this is a first for me. Glensman culled a young billy goat at the weekend so I skinned and butchered it yesterday. I have made a goat tagine out of the loin and meat from the front leg. I have tried it and I must say it is very tasty. I also have a back leg in the fridge which will be roasted on Sunday. Anyone else ever tried Wild Goat?
