gwb
I am really looking forward to a days lesson with Carl later this week. I have read some reviews on some previous posts and PMd some guys on here. Anyone else been recently and would like to share their experience. Just hope the weather holds off. chrispti
My old boss had a few lessons with him, they paid off
Nicky T
I went down to see Carl a couple of times last year and thoroughly enjoyed the lessons Carl is a very capable coach; discusses what you would like to get out of the lesson and then sets about making that happen. Money well spent in my opinion - you'll have a great time whatever the weather
canthitathing
Had a couple of lessons with Carl, the last one being in September. Top bloke who can spot subtle problems with your technique and offer simple ways of sorting it. My average is steadily improving to a point where I may have to think about a name change . Enjoy your day. It's tiring but rewarding
100milesaway
Carl is a brilliant coach and a thoroughly good egg. He is as enthusastic at the start of the day as he is at the end.He will pull you up a notch or two.Money well spent. Enjoy. from Auntie
Dave T
Superb coach and a great bloke too - got me hitting my bogey birds within 5 mins. (honestly) I would see him much more regularly if he was nearer
gwb
Back from a day with Carl. Very nice chap easy to talk to and get on with. could mimic any particular target that I was having trouble with and pointed out suggestions on how to hit them. plenty of food for thought. See if I can put any of what I have learnt to good practice tomorrow?
covlocks
My wife and I have been a few times now - a great, if slightly eccentric coach. My only comment is that he does cram a lot in - to the point that after my first couple of visits I was thoroughly confused by the overall content of a days coaching and couldnt hit a thing. With Carl, you have to be very strict and dont let him steer the content too much. If its just crossers that you want to do then just make him stick to crossers, otherwise you will find yourself very quickly doing rabbits, teal etc and not sticking to what you want to do. Has he cleaned up that caravan yet ??

Depends on how you define clean If I go again I will definately have more of a game plan, we certainly worked on targets I was having a problem with, but I would recommend writing down what you want from the day
