yickdaz Posted November 20, 2010 Report Share Posted November 20, 2010 went out today iniatialy to see if any woodies had started on the rape or if any on stubbles but still not hitting the rape round this area and only a few on stubble.so had a look at a farm on the way back home on the off chance of finding something to go at andf i did a lot of crows on a stubble birds flighting to it as well.it was 1pm by now so just threw the hide up;and put out 8 crow decoys randomly.by 1.30pm had first visitor then a steady trickle mainly jackdaws coming in packs with the odd carrion coming in it was good fun 3 times took 2 birds out the packs that came in and had a pair dead in the air at same time wich i was pleased with very enjoyable 2 hrs sport.shot 19... 16 jacks.3 crows.lost 2 crow and 3 jacks.so only 14 in the pic Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
