sitsinhedges
Just back from a spot of roost shooting with the fully modded 20g. Had 11 and every one was crammed full to bursting with hawthorn berries. Roost shooting has to be the best sport, no setting up just find a good spot and wait for the action

Mightymariner
I agree, I had a poor decoying session last week, despite doing my homework they still didn't come. But I knew a good spot to waylay the birds on their way back from some maize stubbles and so it proved. Decoying 3, flighting home 23! pigeonblasterian
Im leaving the pigeons alone till the weather picks up.Too much snow on the fields and only hawthorne berries to eat for them. The berries will not last long if the snow stays like it is and i do not like to think i am shooting starving birds.
