darren m
pete -- its the 9 inch "hushpower" moderator from saddelery and gun room , i had it fitted by gunsmith . it is really quite , much better than i thought it would be , i fired it along side my mates fully modded pedettra and you could not tell the difference at all. 2 and 2.5 inch carts sound just like an air rifle , the 3 inch one is a little louder but you still dont need any ear defenders at all. i have lamped a few 100 rabbits with it and plenty of roost shooting with out scareing off the incoming woodies. i would love to keep it but i need to fund a cheap o/u for clay shooting. cheers Darren . ps . the cost of fitting the moderator only was £59 for mod and £30 to fit it so i think £175 is a decent price to ask. Robster
What is the overall length of the gun please tip to tail. I have a shortish gun box and my last Hushpower would not fit without being broken down. Cheers. Robin
darren m
Robin -- total length -- gun with mod fitted is 51" , with out mod 42" , i take the mod off to put in cabinet , it just screws off no probs , base of mod is threaded and is seat on to barrel via 3 grub screws fitted by hushpower gunsmith

lurcherboy
Darren, I have a Lincoln o/u but it has a short stock (my 14 y/o son) depending on your old mans build, it may suit him with a slip-over stock sleeve.
