activeviii
why does my lab keep eating rabit dropings? she even eats them when they are frozen solid. wouldnt mind but she is a loving dog and insists on giving you a lick when you are not expecting it because you let her maybe. you know the sort of area that the droppings are so pop on slip lead and correct her accordingly. my lad was the same but after a week or so and carefull walking i had it sorted. will not eat anything when out and about. not even the best beef on the shoot. will only eat when we say

kent
Leave a bowl full in the kennel every day - they soon get over it I don't realy go for you can train them out of this given half a chance free running most dogs will eat carion or what they fancy. I might suggest they contain something the dog might be short of in it's diet Or it just plain likes the aroama of them so much
