Maidment78
Hi all, Anyone got an idea for a dog bed that is pointer proof? I was thinking steel might work? Paul.

WGD
Yup, I reckon steel or concrete are your options! Is he/she kennelled? If so shredded paper works well.
Gillaroo
Try getting in touch with jmpetbedsonline through ebay. They are excellent and will custom make to you requirements such as having poppers or zip on the base of the bed. Cheap too and made in Uk. Hope that helps. Maidment78
She is kennelled, gets bored about 4am and likes to play eat my bed game. Will try the paper first, thought about doing what we do for the horse with hay but thought it might get in her eyes.

PERCE
Cow mat takes a bit of eating, add shreaded tea bag material to stop the dog getting pressure sores.

The only issue i found with paper or the shredded jay cloth type stuff was pulling it out of her backside once she'd eaten it, had a carp and left a bit of paper hanging and then refused to move until it was out! They only have one chewproof bed, I cant imagaine it was the "Really Tough Tuffie" as there isn't a corner you can sew back together and if your dog does destroy it they have a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE Edited January 25, 2011 by mallet
