Mungler
Start by grassing them up to ebay. Well it's going to be someone off here, lets see who owns up and says sorry.... EDIT: It doesn't have to be a member - it could have been a "viewer". Edited January 30, 2011 by Mungler
codling99
message them on there and ask where they got it from,if it aint copyrighted, doubt you can do or say a lot though.
Mungler
If it's your photo then it's yours, you don't need to "copyright it" or display the circle c symbol, you automatically have the copyright. Google "copyright" and look it up on wikipedia
RC45
Can you prove it is your photo?
codling99
probably right, but wouldnt trust wikipedia, anyone can alter stuff on there so not allways accurate, why i said copyrighted, was someone above stated, can you prove it yours? if it was copyrighted you could.

Mungler
If it's taken by him, on his camera and it's a photo of his ladder trap outside of his barn... then I reckon he might be able to show it's his photo But yes, storm in tea cup. There's much worse going on on ebay

Ferretboy111
Had the same but with a picture of my japanese green pheasant. I messaged the guy and said please remove the picture before I get ebay involved and to go and take a photo of his own birds. Out of the 200 photos taken of the birds I picked the best and its very time consuming. A

Patrick1964
Take a screen shot proving he used your image, then send him an invoice for £100.
