can me gun fire these cartridges?

at the moment im having alot of trouble with foxes, got at least 3 to shoot, but at the moment ive only got shotguns :/ but a very good freind of mine has given me a box of 50 gram 3's and a box of 42 gram 1's, i was hoping that i could fire them through my macnab lowlander? but does anyone know if its ok to fire them through it? thanks :good:

I'n not sure , but isn't the Mcnab only 2 3/4" chamber?

Both the loads you suggest sound like 3" .....

Have a look at the boxes to see if they state a chamber length and pressure, and look at your gun to see the proof marks....

Possiblby your Hatsan may take them.....

Don't fire them through any gun until you are sure they are safe !

i have used them in a lowlander and no probs,but the 50gm kick like a mule.much kinder on your shoulder if yuo use them in a semi.. :good:

so just to clarify if i use my lowlander its not going to be blown to a thousand peices?

 

As i said, read the pressure on the box of cartridges,or search on line for the info...

Then look at your gun proof marks.... it'll tell you if your gun is safe for the load or not...
