majordisorder
Just cooked this up 12 Scotch Bonnet Chillis Onion 2 Mangos 2 Carrots Fresh Thyme 12 Pepper corns 75g Sugar 150ml Cider Vinegar Saute everything except the chilli, vinegar & sugar for about 5 minutes, add the sugar and chilli & cook for another 10 mins. Throw in the vinegar and cook it up till everything is mushy. Blend it a lot, sieve it and bottle it. You may need to add a bit of water to loosen it up. What does it taste like.................... Fruity and a little spicy
