Guest kenny
Went to Hobby Craft today to get the kids some Easter stuff and the wife found this lot and thought it might be good for crow decoying. Each nest for £1.99 and 18 Egg’s for £1.99. The Egg’s are smaller than chicken egg’s but look real. They are very light so I have use a hot glue gun to glue it all together and stop the egg’s blowing away. I will try it out soon and let you know. Sorry the pics are a bit small but technology confuses me if any one want I will email them the pics and they can repost them I put a 50p in their for scale not a bribe for the crows

Guest kenny
alastair0903 What is the friendly pattern ? never hear of this one I just put them out randomly. As for the nests I put them out 20 feet or so apart and a few crow decoys one or two up on a bail or a drystane dyke. It seems to work for me just now only done this twice so far. alastair0903
friendly pattern is just a random pattern realy , a friendly group of crows feeding . the alternate is the fighting pattern where you could use a owl decoy and use the right calls . might have to try using some eggs to tempt crows and magpies .
