CoolColonna
I have been in posession now for over a year of a gamo shadow sport air rifle which is spring, ammitadly it has had its days but i think it has come to the stage to move on to a pcp. I have read an article in the airgun world magazine on the air arms s400 which does look bloody fantastic but is it worth it at the end of the day, it only costs 384 pounds and the single shot version only costs 340 pounds, having set that prices will rocket after putting a bipod and scope to go with it. For a pcp is this worth while specially comparing it to other prices on the market and also bearing in mind air arms is a decent make. Many Thanks. p.s Do you recon the average gun shop will allow you to trade in your older rifle? please reply.

pabs
My 2nd hand S400 is great. Would definitely recommend one. It'll be the only PCP you'll need. It even cooks breakfast in the morning. (S410 also does the housework)

FalconFN
brighton..............sorry Try C H Weston in East Street in Brighton or MFC supplies in Hailsham, they will have full second hand set-ups. If you get one you probably won't need to upgrade ever again.

Many Thanks. They probably would but if I were you I'd phone them and ask what price they'd give you (probably only 1/2 of what it's worth) and then sell it privately for, say, 3/4 of it's value, that way you will get a quick sale and get more than the shop was willing to give you. The other alternative is to ask them (or MFC supplies) so sell it in their shop for you, they would ask for 20% of the selling p[rice though. steve_b_wales
I have an S410 FAC. They are brilliant rifles. Don't forget to add on the cost of a divers bottle so that you can refill the rifle with ease. But still worth every penny. Steve.
