poppythedog
What is the best gadget to make large deer carcass extraction easier? I was thinking about some sort of rigid plastic sheet with a curved front edge that could be dragged along. I had to shift a large Fallow doe several hundred yards last weekend and am still hurting! The Mule is broken down. That sled thingy looks something like what I had in mind, thanks. Oh and immediately after I shot it I did think how am I going to get it out, I didn't expect to see any Fallow so hadn't made plans :-( Edited March 1, 2011 by poppythedog
docholiday
We have used ex USA army body bags, they were brilliant, very strong and waterproof, but supply was difficult, now use a harness to drag them or if two of us a pole with animal suspended beneath, as I get older tend not to shoot larger Fallow where I cant get the Landrover in,
