CZ550Kevlar
i have the same problem with mine, you try and adjust the spot/flood and you end up using so much force you move the light zero, i`m contemplating sanding down the little lumps under the slip at the top to see if that does anything. Bowen20
Just alter it to what you want and forget about it. And it's brand new so everything is tight and stiff just how I like it lol . Until a few years down the line and it will ease off depending on how much you use it.

Big Stu
To get the best beam/spot out of you new lightforce screw off the front lense and pull/adjust the bulb as far forewords you can so the bulb still retains a good grip in its holder screw the lense back on adjusting the beam until it suits your needs and leave it well alone pulling the bulb forewards in its holder gives a mutch better spot/beam Edited March 10, 2011 by Big Stu

maddog546
To make it easier to adjust, remove the reflector housing and then apply a bit of silicon oil to the o ring,it will then be nice and free to adjust.
