I am dissapointed with them as someone named Jp promised to return a email with details etc. by yesterday... anyway still no email.. and after me sending a further 5 emails.. still no reply.. Thankfully (so it seems) I found someone who has one in stock. I am very dissapointed with optics warehouse...... expecially this person Jp.... If hes a member (Tough!!!) sorry but he got my hopes up.. and he still hasnt replied... I dont think this is acceptable customer service.... Well fingers crossed with this new company who have actully put the spare one aside for me! and I just need to get my wife to call today/tommorow with her cc and its mine!!!! I really am upset with the above company.. but will post pics etc when I get my new rifle. pps if all goes well with this new company... I will give everyone the details... as it appears to have alot of cheap stuff and at good prices!!!! fingers crossed!!!! oh well why not its called airshooter.co.uk decided might as well tell people incase there are any problems ... thanks guys and gals. shoot safe! In the meantime a competitor of theirs took the order, delivered the scope for approval and received the dosh (same price by the way). Still waiting opticswarehouse..... The last thing being a bipod for my air rifle. I found a note when i had received the bipod saying that they were very sorry but they didnt have the bipod that i ordered in stock, so instead they had sent me a bipod of the same manufacturer but just a model up, which was £15 more than i paid!! roblade Posted March 17, 2006 Report Share Posted March 17, 2006 Jons i think you need to calm own mate I was going to say that if you can wait unti sunday i shall get thier number for you as a number of club members have used and met optics warhose at the shows and bought a fair bit of kit from them. it would appear that all this has happend over a short space of time (24-48 hours) yes optics warehouse do try to answer all emails within 24 hours and sometimes that is not always possible. its not exactly then end of the world that you wont have your plinking rifle for the weekend is it :o besides when you buy from this company your not just buying a product but your also getting very good customer support! Guest jonrms Posted March 17, 2006 Report Share Posted March 17, 2006 hi i deleted the above post .. ie i edited it myself. because after days of no reply to email etc... i finally got a phone call from Jp. he appologised and stated that the rifle was mine and that he will 100% call me back at 730pm. I dont feel that i am going over the top.. I feel that he broke his promise and that he did not call as stated. I had my wife stay in so she was able to give him her cc details over the phone which was agreed..... no phone call. well its nearly 10pm. and still no phone call. I am gutted... when someone states they will do something after appologising for there poor service then doesnt live up to there promise i feel it is very poor service. I dont give a hoot if he calls now...... which i doubt he will. I found it VERY difficult getting any reply from him. and I am very upset. I am calm.. just dissapointed after waiting around for hours now when he made a promise. A promise that was more a appology... its like you buying a defective gun or what ever and then you bring it back to the shops... wait weeks months.. what ever.. and when you go to collect it.. they say.. oops sorry havnt had time... My experiance with this company is rubbish! roblade Posted March 17, 2006 Report Share Posted March 17, 2006 the difference would be that when you buy on line and pay for the goods, they have to send them out to you. where as if you fone them up asking about something if they fone you back to confirm thats really just doing you a favour.
