le chameau customer service

I had a pair of le chameau chassuer boots that were an incentive prize for doing a learn direct course via the BASC since day one really the left boot zip was always stiff and after a couple of years the pull tab on it broke completely.

 

I emailed le chameau and after a couple of months finally got a reply to tell me that the best thing was to contact the distributor in the uk or my nearest stockist so I got in touch with churchills of dereham who said they'd be able to send the back to le chameau for me for a small postal charge.

 

I enquired last week wether churchills had heard anything about my boots as it had been a few weeks to be told that le chameau were replacing them with a new pair and they just needed to know my size so that they could order them.

 

Churchilss then rang on thursday to say the new pair was in and the wife picked them up on friday so well done le chameau.

A company like this Has to protect it's brand image at all costs ........I have a pair of mouflon plus boots (Of which I maintain )..............I aint kidding but they 'll bury me with these on and I ain't planning to go to the purley gates for at least another 30 years .
