stevelee24
I just got my FAC and bought my first .22 rifle, im insured but my permission is not up to much there's nothing on it apart from moles if anyone from the north east or Northumberland area wouldn't mind me tagging along with them on a shoot id very much appreciate it. also would be glad of the experience as im yet to shoot at anything yet apart from a target

stevelee24
yeah will give it a go ive tried a couple of farms around my permission but the farmers were not interested its hard these days as a stranger to get someone kind enough to let you shoot on there land most dont want the hassle, hope i can find something im dying to get out and start getting myself a few rabbits
remmy1100
thing is that your fac will be closed and tagging along with someone i think is a no no unless you have permission from landowner or tenant yourself ,i may be wrong sure someone will put me right. jamesneale89
hey there , id be happy to take a newbie like you out shooting with your .22. the only thing id have to see is your FAC and Valid Insurance, also your .22 would preferably have to have a moderator fitted , ive got a nice little rabbit shoot in corbridge which i havnt touched in about a year , but ive shot hundreds of rabbits on that patch. id have to take you on target first to as all my rabbits are headshot only!! as there supplied to meat trade. if you message me id be more than happy to help. i currently live in stockton and have around 3000 acres spread throughout the north east but id only be able to take you on this one shoot. if you would like to know more , message e and id be more than happy to meet up. Lord Geordie
Thats a fantastic offer. Good to see someone getting some help. I was offered a day out on pigeons earlier this year but due to car troubles coulnt make it. Been out ratting last night though that was a lot of quick shooting lol. They dont stand still for more than a few seconds and by the time i got the laser on em they were gone. I hope this shoot goes well for the lad concerned. Well done the lad who offered. jamesneale89
cheers guys, well if you scratch there back , theyll hopefully scrath yours when they get some good shooting. ahhh thats good ive never been ratting tbh , the farms that i control dont really have that much of a problem with the the little *******. most of my shooting is in the newcastle area like , but ive jist recently moved down to here , so hopefully get some new shoots down here too. for the ratting would a moderated .410 not be suitable as its close range and if they dont stay still for too long it could be a good alternative? let me know your thoughts? So long as the land is cleared (closed license) and the farmer dosen't mind you taking friends out its perfectly ok to take someone out for the day. They personaly don't need permission from landowner/tennant
