stevethevanman
if nobody see,s you blast them! I think you should now be in a fox hole...prepare for the wrath of legislation quotes and best practice guides Although, shooting a little beaver with something sort of like shotgun or >.22 centre fire seems a little harsh... + Im not sure how legal it would be :yp: Re-introduced to be shot by a hunter would annoy me considerably if I was a beaver.. Paul T
'Beaver Hunt' - I was expecting photos of a stag night activity  Wasn't aware that beavers were being reintroduced to Scotland so had a quick looky on t'interweb and found this. Makes quite interesting reading really, though I'm sceptical about the true value of reintroduction programmes.

T3_TIKKA
blimey I can see that being the only beaver photo not rapidly removed from the site by the moderators nice shooting, are they edible? Yes it is possible to eat beaver (if you mean the beaver in the picture ). The most common way is to smoke the meat. It has a sweet taste and is almost like rabbit meat. al4x
I reckon I'd be homeless if I bought a beaver home to eat but good to hear it tastes good gives those scottish boys on here something to aim for

T3_TIKKA
have you seen the damage they have done already? this is a case of the "do-gooders" reintroducing species that were wiped out centuries ago.they also have plans to introduce wolves and bears back into the system. crazy or what :o A colony can take a whole forest without any problems and build large pools. Found some pictures on the web: Take and look at the following link and you will understand the damage. LINK
