kier
Ive recently bought a Sanderson 725c teleporter , is there any thing I need to look out for? the only small problem is when starting up from cold the gearbox oil needs to warm up before it will work , takes about 4mins otherwise engine doesn't smoke at all and all the drives work well, has anyone had one of these?its a 94 with a perkins phaser engine, there is a filter on top of the gearbox which looks like its been changed at some point, any information about it would be helpful, love the 4 wheel steering though . Dirty Harry
We have one on the farm. It's an older one but it's been trouble free except for when my son snapped the key off in the barrel blocking the yard up until we could get a new barrel. semiautolee
im jokeing they are not a bad machine ours was the 725 teleporter 2 quite reliable.....except watch out for atf fluid leaking and keep an eye on the water level. we had trouble with the brakes on ours both cylinder piston rods snapped and was a hard one to get right afterwards. but hey ho thats farm machinery for you. silpig5
if you have any major probs try truckmasters in norwich . ive only done pipe work on them but they are pretty straight forward . keep oils fresh and filters clean and they will last for ever . Clive hayden
Hi everyone I have a 1995 Sanderson 752c Teleporter that will not move forward or backwards on the joystick in the cab. The machine has been parked up for some time if I move the joystick forward or backwards the relay in the dash energies and there is 12v at the plug of one of the back to back solenoid coils on the top of the transmission box. There only seemed to voltage only on one of the coils but still no movement. If I connect a direct 12 v from battery to the solenoids the machine moves. Very strange so has any knowledge on this machine or got a wiring diagram on this circuit please so that I can Perdue the fault or has anyone got any idea. RockySpears
1 hour ago, Clive hayden said: has anyone got any idea. Have you tried feeding the 12V from the joystick input direct to the output? If the contacts within the joystick are corroded or just broken down by use this could be your issue. I know nothing about your machine, but have had plenty of electro-mechanical issues. Sound like there is not enough power passed by the joystick to the solenoids. If this still does nothing then likely it is the supply to the joystick that is at fault, HTH, RS
PeterHenry
On the subject on Sanderson Teleporters - and on the off chance anyone can help re such a niche topic - the hydraulics have started playing up on the arm on my 247 TS. Without needlessly resorting to statements that allude to impotence - it will go back in, it just wont come out.... Any help greatly appreciated / already tried giving it viagra.
